    Note for MIS 7640:  Two of the three prerequisites
must be completed.  Third course can be a corequisite.



Notes:  MIS 7605 and MIS 7615 are prerequisites for other courses so these courses should also be taken early in the program.  MIS 7060 and/or MIS 7070, if required, should be taken during the first semester or as soon as possible.  Waivers for perquisites will not be granted after the first semester of enrollment in the program.  A waiver exam is available for MIS 7070 for students who qualify.  A waiver form is available for MIS 7060.
